激光3D打印TC4球形合金粉末的制备 被引量:10

摘要 采用真空旋转电极气雾化法(EIGA)制备激光3D打印用TC4钛合金球形粉末,利用SEM、XRD、EDS、激光粒度分析仪、霍尔流速计等分析方法对制得球形粉末的形成机制、表面微观组织、成分、相组成、粒度分布、流动性和松装密度等进行了研究,结果表明:在工艺参数为感应功率60kW,雾化气压6.0MPa条件下,EIGA法成功制备了激光3D打印用TC4钛合金球状粉末,粉末球形度达到98%以上,含氧量(质量分数)为0.09%;合金粉末中Ti、Al、V等元素分布均匀,粉末颗粒表面物相为密排六方α-Ti单相固溶体;制得的TC4粉末表面平整、光洁,粒度分布均匀,主要粒径在1—180μm之间,粉末流动性为24.1s/50g,松装密度为2.699g/cm^3,松装密度比为60.93%,符合激光3D打印用TC4钛合金粉末特征要求. A spherical TCA alloy powder was prepared by the vacuum rotary electrode gas atomization (EIGA). The particle size distribution, chemical composition, powder surface morphology, microstructures, apparent density, flowability bulk density and formation mechanism of the powder were studied, by using SEM, XRD, EDS, laser particle size distribution analyzer, hall current meter and other equipment. The process parameters were optimized. The results showed that: EIGA can be used to prepare TCA titanium alloy powder for laser 3D printing through inductive power of 60 kW and atomizing pressure of 6. 0 MPa, the spheroidized ratio of the TCA alloy powder is more than 98% , oxygen content is 0. 09% , the main elements such as Ti, A1, V in the TC4 alloy spherical powder are evenly distributed, and surface of the powder particle is α - Ti of a single phase solid solution (hcp). TC4 powder prepared through parameter above has a fiat and smooth surface, uniform size distribution, the particle size is forml to 180 μm, flowability is 24. 1 s/50g, bulk density is 2. 669 g/cm3 , and bulk density ratio is 60. 93% , The authors believe the powder meets the requirement for laser 3D printing.
