对现行的社会安全风险评估方法进行了分析,认为以事件类型为风险源进行的风险评估无法对风险有更深入的认识。通过将袭击者作为风险源的方式探讨新的社会安全风险评估方法,把人的因素作为评估社会安全风险最重要的因素,有利于更全面、准确地了解风险,从而提供更有针对性的风险防范指导。同时,探讨了新的评估方式下的指标量化分解模式。

This paper analyzes the current methods of social security risk assessment, and considers that the risk assessment based on the event type cannot have a deeper understanding of risk. By using the attackers as a risk source to explore new social security risk assessment methods, the human factor as the most important factor in assessing social security risks is con- ducive to a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of the risks, thus providing more targeted risk Prevention guidance. At the same time, the quantitative decomposition model of the index under the new evaluation mode is discussed.
