摘要
运用HAZOP方法,对某企业分子筛合成装置进行危险性辨识,分析了合成反应中有意义的偏差以及偏差发生的原因、可能导致的后果,并提出相应的对策措施。采用HAZOP分析方法不仅可有效地识别工艺中的风险,找出偏差的原因,而且可以提出改进建议,为消除装置安全隐患提供依据。
The HAZOP was used to identify the risk of molecular sieve synthesis equipment. The meaningful deviation of the synthesis reaction and the cause of the deviation were analyzed, and the possible countermeasures were put forward. Using HAZOP analysis method not only can effectively identify the risks in the process to find out the reasons for the deviation, but also to improve the proposal to provide a basis to eliminate hidden dangers of the device.
