通过神华宁煤集团煤炭间接液化工程项目的建设实践,探索和建立了适应特大型煤化工建设项目特点的神华宁煤集团煤炭间接液化工程项目"11311"安全管控模式。
Based on the construction practice of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group Indirect Coal Liquefaction Project, the ＂ 11311＂ safety control model of the project is explored and established to meet the characteristics of super coal chemical construction project.
