应用聚类分析法对小儿脱被征的中医证型研究

Study on TCM Syndrome Types of Pediatric Off-quilt Sign by Cluster Analysis Method

目的探讨小儿"脱被征"的中医证型及其分布规律,为对小儿"脱被征"防治提供客观的辨治规律依据。方法对具有"脱被征"的患儿进行问卷调查,收集中医四诊信息,采用SPSS19.0软件进行聚类分析。结果小儿"脱被征"的中医证型主要是上实下虚或上热下寒,心肝郁热,脾胃蕴热,脾失健运4型。结论应用聚类分析法,对小儿"脱被征"证型分析具有科学性、客观性、实用性、对临床辨证具有指导意义。

Objective ： To explore the TCM syndrome types and distribution law of pediatric ＂off - quilt sign＂ and to provide an objec- tive basis for the prevention and treatment of pediatric ＂off- quilt sign＂. Methods：A questionnaire was conducted on pediatric patients with ＂off - quilt sign＂ and the four diagnosis information of TCM was collected to make cluster analysis by using spssl9.0 software. Results： The TCM syndrome types of the pediatric ＂off- quilt sign＂ were mainly due to upper deficiency and lower excess or upper heat and lower cold,heart and liver heat accumulation, spleen and stomach intrinsic heat and dysfunction of spleen in transport. Conclusion：Clustering analysis is a scientific, objective and practicable method for the analysis of syndromes in pediatric patients and is of guiding significance for clinical syndrome differentiation.
