摘要
结合小龙潭矿务局露天矿排土工艺创新方案实施成果,在1 415 m平台升段至1 440 m平台时,利用912带式输送机在1 440 m平台上建设带式输送机初始平台,充分利用排土机不断往前移动,使带式输送机延长至最大限度长度,实现了一个完整的带式输送机初始平台。为企业节约了运输成本的同时,还实现了上下2个平台交替排土,有效缓解排土压力。
The article combined with dumping process innovative scheme implement results in Xiaolongtan Open-pit Mine, in 1415 platform ascending segment to 1440 platform, using 912 belt conveyor to construct the initial platform of belt conveyor in 1440 platform, and makes full use of dumping machine moving forward to make the belt conveyor extended to the maximum length,which achieves a complete belt conveyor initial platform. The scheme saved the transportation cost for enterprise, realized the two platforms alternating dumping, and effectively relieved the dumping pressure.
