摘要 目的:建立应用决策树模型进行丙戊酸血药浓度解读的模式,并将其应用于临床实践。方法:临床药师依据丙戊酸血药浓度监测结果和患者病程建立决策树模型,应用决策树模型对血药浓度作解读,必要时应用群体药动学模型估算患者个体化给药剂量,辅助临床个体化用药。结果:药师应用血药浓度决策树模型提出个体化给药建议,临床医师接受了药师建议并调整抗癫痫治疗方案,患者癫痫发作得到良好控制。结论:基于决策树模型的丙戊酸血药浓度解读模式可协助医师个体化用药。 AIM: To establish decision tree model to interpretate serum valproate acid concentration,and to apply the model into clinic. METHODS: Clinical pharmacist established the decision tree model based on the serum valproate acid concentration and the patitent 's situation,and then interpretated the result of serum valproate acid concentration utilizing the decision tree model. Moreover,population pharmacokinetics model was applied to estimate the dosage if necessary. RESULTS: Pharmacist provided the suggestions of individualized administration utilizing the decision tree model,doctors accepted our suggestions and adjusted the dosage, and the patients ' seizures were controlled.CONCLUSION: Applying decision tree model to interpretate serum valproate acid concentration is helpful for personalized treatment,which would improve the therapeutic effect and reduce adverse reaction of valproate acid.
