杜仲降压和靶器官保护作用及其机制

Antihypertensive effect and target organ protection of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv.

高血压是多种心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素。抗高血压药的研发已经取得了重要进展,但血压的控制仍任重道远。寻找安全、有效的降压药物依然是药物研发的重要任务。杜仲含有多种降压成分,其降压效果稳定持久,且对高血压靶器官损伤具有保护作用。本文综述了杜仲降压和对靶器官的作用以及其作用机制。

Hypertension is an independent risk factor for a variety of cardiovascular diseases. Although many achievements have been brought up in antihypertensive drug research, there are serious challenges to control blood pressure. Seeking for safe and effective antihypertensive drugs is still imminent for antihypertensive drugs development. Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv. contains a variety of antihypertensive ingredients. The antihypertensive effect of Eucommia is stable and durable. Besides,Eucommia possesses a protective effect on target-organ damage induced by hypertension. In this paper,the progress of the antihypertensive effect and organ-protecting of Eucommia and their mechanisms are described.
