不同育苗基质及移苗时间对杉木苗期生长的影响 被引量:15

摘要 为探究育苗基质和移苗时间对杉木幼苗生长的影响,以不同育苗基质和不同移苗时间为影响因子,以成活率、生长量和生物量为主要评价指标开展对比研究试验。结果表明:采用重基质作为育苗基质,其移苗成活率、苗木生长量和生物量均优于轻基质。两种育苗基质的移苗成活率均为5月之前较高,6月最低。轻基质适宜3-5月期间移苗,重基质在5月之后移苗仍能保持较好的生长量。两种基质条件下,苗木在移苗后的第3个月至第6个月期间苗木生长速度最快,重基质苗在第6个月后生长量呈直线增长趋势,轻基质苗在第9个月后生长十分缓慢。移苗后重基质苗保存率呈小幅下降趋势,轻基质苗变化不大。苗高与地径呈极显著正相关,与苗木成活率呈显著负相关,苗木生物量两两之间皆呈极显著正相关。 In order to explore the effects of nursery substrate and transplanting time on the growth of Chinese fir seedlings, taking different nursery substrates and transplanting months as the impact factor, the comparative experimental research with the survival rate, growth and biomass as the main evaluation in- dex was carried out. The results showed that the survival rate of transplanting, seedling growth and bio-mass in heavy substrate were better than that of the light substrate. The survival rate of transplanting seedling in two nursery substrates were higher before May and became lowest in June. The suitable trans- planting period for light substrate was from March to May. The transplanting seedlings still maintained good growth after May in heavy substrate. After the condition of transplanting seedlings in two kinds of substrates, the growth of seedlings was the fastest in the period of third to sixth months, seedling in heavy substrate in sixth months showed linear growth trend, the growth of light substrate seedlings after ninth months was very slow. The transplanting seedling survival rate showed a slight downward trend, the light substrate seedlings changed little. Seedling height and ground diameter were significantly and positively correlated, the seedling survival rate was significantly and negatively correlated with seedling height, and the biomass of seedling was significantly positive correlation to each other.
