钙对染铅大鼠骨骼损伤的保护机制 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究外源性钙对染铅大鼠骨骼损伤的保护作用。方法60只(50±5)g的健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为:对照、染铅、试验Ⅰ、试验Ⅱ、试验Ⅲ,共5组。饲养60 d后,取骨组织观察其细胞形态变化;取外周血测定血清中骨钙素(BGP)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性。结果铅暴露和高膳食钙摄入均可导致大鼠体质量增长缓慢,生长发育不良;补充一定剂量钙后可有效缓解铅对骨细胞造成的损伤,使柒铅造成的血清BGP含量和AKP活性的显著下降得到提高和PHT含量降低得到显著升高,避免由铅引起的骨细胞损伤和骨组织生理代谢紊乱。结论一定剂量的钙对染铅造成的大鼠骨损伤具有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of calcium on bone injury in lead exposed rats. Methods Sixty healthy male rats were randomly divided into five groups, normal control group, lead exposed group, test Ⅰ, test Ⅱ and test Ⅲ groups, respectively. After 60 days of feeding, the bone tissues and peripheral blood samples were collected to detect the histological changes and the activities of serum osteocalcin (BGP), parathyroid hormone (PTH) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP). Results Rats treated with lead exposure and high calcium diet gained less weight, and showed poor growth and development. The supplementation of calcium carbonate in the diet effectively reduced bone injury in lead exposed rats. Meanwhile, the levels of serum BGP and AKP were increased significantly and the levels of serum PHT were decreased significantly after high dietary calcium intake in lead exposed rats. Conclusion The bone cell injury and physiological metabolism disorder caused by lead are diminished after calcium supplementation. IACTA NUTRIMENTA SlNICA, 2016, 38(6): 572- 5741
