摘要
可溶盐是导致陶器酥粉等病害产生的重要因素。为了实现对脆弱陶器的有效脱盐处理,本文系统研究了复合材料贴敷脱盐法的工艺条件。采用高吸水树脂材料糊化后与载体材料制成复合脱盐垫对器物贴敷脱盐,采用纸条—氯离子选择电极法表征陶器的脱盐效率。实验结果表明:聚丙烯酰胺盐类材料(SF4)和聚丙烯酸盐类(SL10)脱盐效果最佳。复合材料贴敷脱盐技术在脆弱陶器脱盐中具有高的脱盐效率,是一种安全可行的脱盐新方法。
Soluble salt is a crucial factor to some diseases of potteries. In order to achieve effective desalination of fragile pottery,the treating conditions of desalting process with the composite material were studied systematically in the article. Potteries were desalted by composite desalination mat which was made by super absorbent polymer and carrier materials, and the desalting efficiency was measured by Paper Strip - Chloride ion selective electrode. Experimental results show that the efficiencies of polyacrylamide saline materials (SF4) and polyacrylic acid salt material ( SL 10 ) are the best. Therefore, desalting process with the composite material is an efficient, safe and feasible new method for fragile pottery desalination.
