摘要 针对电动汽车电池更换站中多因素难以进行定量评估等特点,提出了一种基于模糊层次综合分析法的模糊综合风险评估系统。通过对该系统的数学建模,给出了风险评估各评价因素的权重系数及计算过程。该系统兼顾了电池更换站风险评估各因素间存在的模糊性和层次性,并通过专家经验打分表明确各因素在系统中的表现,使系统风险评估更具客观性。算例分析表明,该系统可有效评估各因素风险程度和安全等级,为电动汽车电池更换站正常运营提供参考。 Since there are many factors difficult to quan-titatively evaluate in electric vehicle battery replacement stations,a fuzzy comprehensive risk assessment system is propo-sed based on fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive analysis. The risk assessment and the weight of each evaluation factor coefficient calculation are given through system modeling. The system takes account of the fuzziness and gradation of factors influe-ncing switching station risk assessment. Assessment based on the experience of experts also clarifies the role of each factor in the system performance. Therefore,the objectivity of the system risk assessment is enhanced. Additionally,the example analysis shows that the system can effectively assess the degree of risk and security factors,and the design can offer implications for the regular operation of the electric car battery replacement stations.
