摘要
在目前银行并购浪潮汹涌而来的情况下,研究商业银行并购具有十分重要的意义。首先梳理了银行并购的发展现状,进行了银行并购效应分析,然后采用纵向比较法对兴业银行并购九江银行的案例进行研究,并根据研究结果提出了相关对策建议。
The wave of bank M＆A swelled up in recent years. It is important to study commercial bank M＆A. First, the paper untangled the current developing situation of bank M＆A and conducted the effectiveness analysis. Then summarize experiences and put forward suggestions by analyzing the case of ＂Industrial Bank mergers and acquisitions Bank of Jiujiang＂ with vertical comparison.
