摘要 在卫生填埋场建设污水处理站进行现场处理是实际中应用最多的垃圾渗滤液处理方案。以江苏省丰县生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理站为例。该处理站根据垃圾填埋场渗滤液废水中污染物浓度高,水质水量多变的特点,选择了MBR+双膜法(NF/RO)组合工艺,建设相应的防渗工程和导排系统阻止污染物对周围环境的污染,并对这些污染物进行处理与利用。实践证明,该工艺技术具有先进实用,运行可靠,性价比高,操作管理方便等特点。渗滤液经场区污水站处理后水质达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB16889-2008)中排放标准。 Building sewage treatment plant at the sanitary landfill site is used most frequently to dealt refuse leachate. The wastewater, which comes from the leachate treatment station in Fengxian landfill site of municipal solid waste, has high contamination concentration and varied hydrologic properties. So we chose MBR+NF/RO process, built appropriate anti-seepage and collection-diversion system to prevent and control pollution to the surrounding environment, and recycle the contaminant. The engineering practice shows that this process has many advantages, such as advanced, pragmatic, stable, cost-effective and easy management. The treatment index of the leachate are in conformity with the national standard Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB16889-2008).
