摘要
提炼和概括"什么是中国工匠精神"是增进工匠精神社会共识与教育引导的首要问题。基于"工匠"内涵的解读及其"中国古代工匠精神"的历史探究,将"工匠"专业成长的阶段与"尚技崇德"的工匠品质作为提炼和概括中国工匠精神的层次维度与内容维度。初级阶段工匠精神的主要内容是"模仿作为工匠的心理建设",高级阶段工匠精神的主要内容则体现为"作为工匠的境界追求"。"精益求精、宁静致远"作为高级阶段中国工匠精神的具体表述,应成为"中国制造人"建立和培养质量意识的价值指引。
The most important issue to enhance consensus and guide by education of craftsmanship is the extraction and generalization of what is Chinese Craftsmanship. By interpreting the ancient Chinese craftsmen and their evolution in modern society, and analyzing the spiritual intention of the ancient Chinese craftsmanship, which is perfecting quality and honoring morality, we conclude that the Chinese craftsmanship embodies the primary stage of emulating craftsman＇s psychological development and the senior stage of pursuing spiritual realm as a craftsman. The expression of craftsmanship by modern generation of Chinese in their value principles is constant striving for excellence and great achievements with serenity of mind.
