摘要
技术创新的实质是硬技术与软技术的集成。技术创新各主体通过资源共享、知识分享机制展开横向、开放、网络式协同创新。对珠三角地区职业院校校企合作实证研究表明,校企合作对于相关企业技术创新人才投入、技术投入、创新意识、企业制度创新产生了较为积极显著的影响,但是对于促进企业将新技术转化为经济效益、提升企业盈利能力以及增加产品价值的成效不显著。对此,校政企共建校企协同创新中心、完善技术创新保障与服务体系、注重职业院校校企文化融合是提升职业院校校企合作技术创新成效的实施路径。
Essence of technological innovation relies on the integration of hard and soft technology. Each of the technological innovation subjects can, through resource sharing and knowledge sharing mechanisms, carry out a lateral, open and collaborative innovation through network. It can be concluded from the empirical study on school-enterprise cooperation related to vocational schools in the Pearl River Delta region that, school-enterprise cooperation has a significant and positive impact on talented investment, technology investment, innovation consciousness and institutional innovation conducted by relevant enterprises, but it fails to successfully enable the enterprise to transform new technologies to economic benefits, enhance profitability and increase product values. In this regard, the schools, the governments and the enterprises can collectively build collaborative innovation centers, improve a security and service system for technological innovation, and focus on integration with cultures of the school and the enterprise implemented at the vocational schools, which should be the paths to enhance the achievement of technological innovation through school-enterprise cooperation.
