职业学校校园文化在提升职校人才培养质量上具有重要的作用,校园文化建设要遵循内涵与形式统一、技能与文化并重、彰显个性、对接企业的原则。无锡机电高等职业技术学校围绕本校实际,加强校园文化建设的内涵探索,寻找多元化的校园文化呈现方式,改革德育和学业评价模式,在活动中培育学校文化,发挥校园文化建设的育人功能。
