老干部、老战士、老专家、老教师、老模范是高职院校德育工作的宝贵资源,高职院校应充分发挥老同志的政治水平、阅历威望、工作资历、亲情年龄、专业学识等优势,使其成为高职院校学生的思想培育员、学风督导员、行为引导员、贫困帮扶员、心理辅导员、事业奠基员。

Retired veteran cadres, veterans, old experts, teachers, the old model is the precious resources of moral education in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges should give full play to the old comrades＇ the advantages in the political level, the job seniority, experience prestige, affection of the age, professional knowledge, to make them serve as ideological cultivator, style of study supervisor, behavior usher, poor supporter, psychological counselors, and career founder of higher vocational college students.
