摘要
在国家宏观政策支撑下,高职院校办学规模持续增长,学校学生数量的大幅增长对师资规模提出了挑战,使高职院校对兼职教师的需求日益增强。合理利用心理契约能有效帮助高职院校解决兼职教师管理中所存在的一系列问题,可从完善兼职教师的招聘体系、调整兼职教师的管理方式、创新兼职教师激励机制三个方面对兼职教师队伍建设的策略进行调整。
Under the support of national macroscopic policy, the scale of higher vocational colleges grows persistently and the number of students at school increases markedly, which challenged the scale of teaching staff Therefore, higher vocational colleges are in urgent need of part-time teachers. Rationally utilizing the psychological contract can effectively help higher vocational colleges to solve series of problems existing in the management of part-time teachers. It is suggested to adjust the strategy for construction of part-time teachers from optimizing recruitment system, adjusting the management method, and innovating incentive mechanism three aspects.
