区域性药事管理质量控制平台应用的探讨

To Discuss the Application of Platform in Controlling the Quality of Regional Pharmacy Administration

目的:为区域性药事管理质量控制平台(以下简称区域平台)的应用及推广提供参考。方法:查阅相关文献以及国家发布的相关文件,收集相关数据,了解目前区域平台的建设和应用情况,并针对目前医疗机构向卫生部门上报相关数据的过程以及上报的实际情况,进行初步探讨。结果:目前各医疗机构向卫生部门上报的相关数据过程复杂繁琐、耗时长,上报文件存在无效文件,上报信息表的格式不统一,信息填写不全和填写错误情况存在,信息的真实性有待考察,而应用区域平台可以很好地解决相关问题。结论:区域平台的应用对卫生行政部门和各医疗机构的药事管理工作意义重大。

Objective： Providing reference for the application and promotion of platform in controlling the quality of regional pharmacy administration（ hereinafter referred to as the regional platform）. Methods： Refer to the related literature and the relevant documents issued by the state of recent years, and collected relevant data, get the construction and application situation of the regional platform. Then in view of the date that medical institutions report to the health department, carries on the preliminary discussion. Results： At present, the medical institutions report relevant data to the health department, that is a complex process, time-consuming, report file is invalid and the format of the report the information table is not unified, incomplete information to fill in and fill out the error conditions exist, the authenticity of the information being examined. Then application of the regional platform is a good way to solve the related problems. Conclusion ： Appling of the regional platform is of great significance to the administrative department of public health and medical institu- tions of the pharmaceutical management.
