摘要
以双对原理为视角,通过对日本永旺综合超市的实地调查,可以看出其管理模式为门店分权管理与人才综合技能互为补充,人事管理制度则由注重现场经验的积累、轮岗和职能资格制度等组成。这种管理模式促进了人才综合技能的发展,提高了门店对商圈环境变化的应对能力,为中国综合超市管理提供借鉴。
Based on the investigation done in AEON in Japan, from the perspective of the Duality Principle,the paper discovers that its management model is the integration of store decentralization and the general skills of talents. The system of personnel management consists of the emphasis of the on-spot experi-ence,the rotating system and the system of functional qualifications. This kind of management model can promote the development of the general skills of talents,improve the resilience of stores to the business environment,and hence provides a reference to the management of Chinese general supermarkets.
