摘要
为了筛选出生物防治向日葵菌核病可利用的菌株,从未感染菌核病的向日葵花盘和根分离得到187个分离物,采用平板对峙法筛选获得2株(N9,N22)具有拮抗作用的细菌,利用盆栽试验测定防效。结果表明,N22菌株表现最好,其25 m L发酵原液处理土壤防效最佳。通过细菌的形态学特征、理化特性及16S r DNA序列分析鉴定菌株N9为绿针假单胞菌(Pseudomonas chlororaphis),菌株N22为深红沙雷氏菌(Serratiar rubidaea),Gen Bank序列登录号分别为KT327642和KT327643,筛选出的两株菌具有进一步应用研究价值。
In order to screen available strains for control sunflower sclerotinia. 187 isolates were isolated from noninfected faceplate and root of sunflower,among of them 2 strains (Ng,N22)with antagonism to bacteria were screened by the plate standoff method,and control effect determined by pot experiment, the results showed that N22 strain with Z5 mL fermentation liquid handling soil had best control effect. N9 was identified as Pseudomonas chlororaphis by bacteria morphology, physical and chemical properties and 16 s rDNA sequence, N22 strain identified as Serratiar rub idaea, their GenBank sequence number was KT327642 and KT327643 respectively, which are worth to be further research.
