日本农业协同组合在农业生产中的作用及其对中国家庭农场发展的启示

Role of Japan agricultural co-operatives in agricultural production and its apocalypse on the development of Chinese family farms

日本农业协同组合(农协)是日本规模最大、实力最强、农户参与数最多的一种农民自主、自助、自治的经济组织,是日本农业供产销一体化经营中的桥梁,在为农民提供生产生活服务、增加农民收入、促进日本农业发展等方面发挥了积极的作用。文章对日本农协的组成与特点、在农业生产中的作用以及目前存在的问题进行了阐述,并为中国农业规模化过程中家庭农场的发展提出合理化的建议。

Japan Agricuhural Co-operatives （JA） is a farmers＇ democracy, self-help and autonomous economic organization with the largest-scale, strongest and most participants in Japan.h is the bridge in managing produce-supply-sell unionization in Japanese agriculture. And it also played an active role in serving farmers＇ production and livelihood, increasing farmers＇ income, promoting the development of agriculture in Japan, and so on. This paper expatiated JA, including the composition and characteristic, the role played in agricultural production and the existing problems at present,and put forward the rationalization proposals for the development of family farm in the process of agricultural scale in China.
