宁夏引黄灌区褐色中脉(BMR)高粱饲用性状评定研究 被引量:4

摘要 褐色中脉(Brown midrid,BMR)高粱具有很高的饲用价值,因其木质素减少而在动物体内的消化率增加,显著提高了饲草的适口性,因此受到广泛关注.本试验旨在比较5个BMR高粱品种在宁夏引黄灌区的适应性及评定饲用价值试验.采用随机区组试验设计,记录其生育期,对品种间亩产量、株高、抗性、常规营养成分及体外消化率指标进行分析.试验结果表明:不同品种间产量(10 593.0-15 161.0 kg/666.7 m2)差异显著(P〈0.05),以BMR5最高;不同品种间株高(283.2-357.2 cm)差异显著(P〈0.05),同样以BMR5最高;不同品种间,粗蛋白含量范围为8.42%-9.84%,BMR2的含量最高;脂肪含量范围为1.92%-2.11%,BMR4的含量最高;钙的含量范围为0.26%-0.36%,BMR2和BMR3的含量最高;5个试验品种的干物质和中性洗涤纤维体外消化率分别在66.18%-72.91%和39.63%-46.08%,能够较好的被动物消化利用.综上所述,BMR4高粱与其他品种相比,更适合在宁夏引黄灌区种植及推广. BMR sorghum is a forage crop with a high feeding value and palatability. As lignin reduction of BMR sorghum increased the digestibility of livestock, it were planted and utilized increasingly in animal production in arid and semi-arid area. The trial was designed to introduce and compare the growth and nutrition of different BMR sorghum varieties in Ningxia Yellow River irrigated area. According to a randomized block design, the phonological phase, yield, plant height,resistance, and conventional nutrition were investigated and analyzed. The differences in yield of Five varieties were significant(P0.05), ranged from10 593.0-15 161.0 kg/666.7 m2. Compared with other varieties, the yield of BMR5 was the highest;The range of shoot height of the different varieties was 283.2-357.2 cm with significant difference showed(P0.05), BMR5 was higher than other varieties; The crude protein content of the different varieties were in the range of 8.42% -9.84%,and BMR2 had the highest content; The fat content were in the range of 1.92% -2.11%, the content of BMR4 is the highest; Calcium content were from 0.26%-0.36%, the content of BMR2 and BMR3 are the higher than others; Dry matter and neutral detergent fiber in vitro digestibility of five varieties were 66.18%-72.91% and 39.63%-46.08%, respectively, it can be digested and utilized more easily by animals. BMR4 sorghum compared to other was more suitable for planting and promotion in irrigated areas of Ningxia.
