摘要
通过调查柳厚壁叶蜂虫瘿大小和幼虫形态,研究虫瘿随时间变化的动态规律及其在不同时间段内的显著性差异和相关性,了解柳厚壁叶蜂致瘿的生物学机制.结果表明:在4—5月,虫瘿的长度、宽度和厚度在不同时间段内均存在显著差异,长度和宽度随时间变化的动态规律显著正相关(r=0.974),长度和厚度随时间变化的动态规律显著正相关(r=0.975),宽度和厚度随时间变化的动态规律显著正相关(r=0.985);幼虫体长和头壳宽度在不同时间段内均存在显著差异,幼虫长度在相邻时间段内重叠程度较小,头壳宽度重叠程度较大,且幼虫体长和头壳宽度随时间变化的动态规律显著正相关(r=0.939);虫瘿长度和幼虫长度随时间变化的动态规律显著正相关(r=0.879).
The aim of this paper is to study the insect galls' size and the larval morphology of the Pontania bridgmannii to get their dynamic regulation with time, the significant difference in different periods and the correlation among them, finding out more reasons about the mechanism of the Pontania bridgmannii gall. The results are as follows: from April to May, the length, width and thickness of the insect galls have significant difference in different periods, the dynamic regulation of the length and width of the gall with time is general consistent, and present positive correlation, the correlation coefficient is0.974, the dynamic regulation of the length and thickness of the gall with time is general consistent, and present positive correlation, the correlation coefficient is 0.975, the dynamic regulation of the width and thickness of the gall with time is general consistent, and present positive correlation, the correlation coefficient is 0.985, the length of the larval body and the width of the head have significant difference, the length of the larval of the degree of overlap is small, the width of the head is serious, the dynamic regulation of the length of the larval body and the width of the head with time is general consistent,and present positive correlation, the correlation coefficient is 0.939, the dynamic regulation of the length of the gall and the length of the larval body with time is general consistent, and present positive correlation, the correlation coefficient is 0.879.
