中卫市沙坡头区水生态文明建设方案研究

Study on implementation plan of water ecological civilization construction of Shapotou District

为有效解决制约沙坡头区城市发展的水资源短缺瓶颈,实现水资源对社会发展的有力支撑,改善水生态环境,促进沙坡头区社会经济可持续发展,建设"宜居、休闲、生态美"的美丽中卫,提出沙坡头区水生态文明建设实施方案,规划沙坡头区"三带三区"的水生态文明城市总体布局和"水安全、水生态、水环境、水节约、水管理、水文化"六大体系,指出要解决的关键问题,对具体实施方案提出建议.

In order to effectively solve the water resources shortage problem of restricting Shapotou District development, to fulfill the strong support of water resources to the development of the society, to improve the water ecological environment, to promote social and economic sustainable development in Shapotou District, to build ＂livable, leisure, ecological beauty＂ of the beautiful Zhongwei, we proposed a implementation plan of water ecological civilization construction of Shapotou District. In the paper, we provides the planning of the Shapotou ＂Three Belts Three Zone＂ water ecological civilization city general layout and ＂water security, water ecology, water environment, water conservation, water management, water culture ＂ six system, point out the key problems to be solved, offer some ideas on write implementation plans, to provide reference for the preparation of water ecological civilization construction plan.
