摘要
从目前出现注水肉的动机、政策缺陷、监管漏洞、执法不严等方面阐述了注水肉发生的起因,并有针对性地提出了解决问题的方法和措施,为进一步遏制注水肉这种违法行为提供了参考依据.
This paper reasons the cause the motivation of water-injected meat,the relative policy flaw, loopholes of supervision and slack law enforcement. Combining actual work, countermeasures are suggested to solve the problems. And references are provided to restrain the illegal acts further.
