摘要
目的探讨肾癌组织中信号转导及转录活化因子3(STAT3)、磷酸化信号转导及转录活化因子3(p-STAT3)的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测63例肾癌和30例癌旁正常肾脏组织中STAT3和p-STAT3的表达,并分析两者与肾癌临床病理参数的关系。结果肾癌组织中STAT3和p-STAT3的阳性率分别为80.95%、74.60%,癌旁正常肾脏组织分别为33.33%、16.67%,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。肾癌组织中STAT3和p-STAT3的表达与其淋巴结转移、分化程度、临床分期有关(P均<0.05)。肾癌组织中STAT3和p-STAT3的表达呈正相关关系(rS=0.367,P<0.05)。结论肾癌组织STAT3和p-STAT3持续高表达,提示STAT3信号通路可能参与肾癌的临床进展,且与肾癌的恶性程度密切相关,联合检测可以为肾癌的临床诊断提供更为客观的参考。
Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of signal transducers and activators of transcription 3(STAT3)and phosphorylated signal transducers and activators of transcription 3(p-STAT3)in the renal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detect the expressions of STAT3 and p-STAT3 in the 63 cases of renal carcinoma and the 30 cases of paraneoplastic normal renal tissue. The relationship between STAT3 or p-STAT3 and clinicopathological features were analyzed. Results The positive rates of STAT3 and p-STAT3 were 80. 95% and 74. 60% in the renal carcinoma,and were 33. 33% and 16. 67% in the paraneo-plastic normal renal tissue(P ﹤ 0. 05). The expressions of STAT3 and p-STAT3 in the renal carcinoma were related with lymph node metastasis,differentiation degree and clinical stage(P ﹤ 0. 05). The expressions of STAT3 was positively related with p-STAT3 in the renal carcinoma(rS = 0. 367,P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion High expressions of STAT3 and p-STAT3 are related to the canceration and improvement of renal carcinoma.
