广东某大型公立医院门诊静脉输液管控的实践与探索

医疗卫生体制改革进一步深化,公立医院加强内部管理、加快转型已经成为业界共识。控制门诊静脉输液是符合医改方向的一个重要管理举措,无论是对于医院结构转型,还是防止滥用输液都具有十分重要的意义。目前,各大公立医院都在纷纷开始推行。笔者以广东省人民医院门诊输液管控为例,通过实施管控门诊输液,探索如何逐步推动公立医院改革,使公立医院回归到收治疑难重症疾病轨道,力求为其他医院开展相关管控措施提供参考依据。
