医患沟通是医学命题中的永恒话题,在当下的中国此问题又格外彰显。以往学者们多从责任、情感、言语和行为等伦理角度进行切入,笔者受福柯《临床医学的诞生》中"目视"启发,从视觉文化的角度,即医患间的目光交流行为来分析医患沟通中的权力问题。

As one of the hottest topics in medical science, physician -patient communication attracts more attention than ever in China. Scholars always analyze this phenomenon from the perspectives on responsibility, feeling, speech commu- nication and action. Inspired by the regard in Foucault＇s Naissance de la Clinique, this thesis discusses the problem of power of physician - patient communication from the point of vision culture.
