摘要
目的对广州市白云区13所小学2 027名小学二年级学生的第一磨牙进行窝沟封闭前体检,对其表面形态、萌出情况、龋坏状况分类记录,分析各类型第一磨牙构成比情况,为龋病防治、窝沟封闭治疗工作提供指导。方法对2 027名儿童的第一恒磨牙进行检查,按照牙齿表面形态及萌出状况进行分类并记录检查结果,使用U检验对体检结果进行统计学分析。结果此年龄组2 027名儿童的第一恒磨牙总患龋率为22.74%,女生患龋率大于男生;窝沟封闭适应率为80.51%。在参与体检的8 180颗第一恒磨牙中,已经完全萌出并且需要窝沟封闭治疗的牙齿有74.54%;约7.19%的牙齿尚未完全萌出,浅窝沟率较低,占总牙数1.27%;17%的牙齿已经龋坏,需及时充填,防止龋齿进一步发展导致的牙齿缺失。结论二年级小学生适合集体窝沟封闭,超过80%的儿童为窝沟封闭适应症。
Objective Analyzing constituent ratio of the varies types of the first permanent molars morphology of 2 027 grade two school children from 13 primary schools in Baiyun District of Guangzhou city. By recording their first primary molars surface morphology, eruption conditions and the caries degree before pit and fissure sealants therapy. We indicate to provide some helpful guidance for future dental caries prevention and pit and fissure sealant. Methods We examined the first permanent molars of 2 027 children and recorded their morphology conditions. Statistical analysis of physical examination results was made by using U test. Results The total first permanent molar caries rate of children aged at 7 - 8 was 22.74% , and the rate of girls was higher than that of boys. Pit and fissure sealant adaptation rate was 80.51%. About 74.54% of all the total 8180 first permanent molars that involved in the examinations were erupted completely and their deep pit and fissure morphology were chosen as indications to get pit and fissure sealant therapy. Incompletely erupted first permanent molars ac- counted for 7.19%. Shallow pit and fissure rate takes a low percentage of 1.27%. 17% of the teeth are rotted which need proper filling to prevent the tooth loss and further oral dysfunction. Conclusion Children aged at 7 - 8 years old are fit for group pit and fissure sealant therapy. Over 80% of grade two pupils will be benefitted from the therapy.
