摘要
为了解不同栽植密度条件下新疆早实核桃果实动态生长差异以及与光合特性的关系。对温185和新新2两个品种在不同栽植密度下果实生长进程中外观特征和内在品质以及光合特性进行了测定。结果表明,栽植密度对两2个核桃栽品种在生长过程中果实品质表现出不同程度的影响,但品种之间又表现出一定的差异,温185品种可溶性糖和粗脂肪含量在5m×6m密度条件下显著大于5 m×3 m(P<0.05),而新新2可溶性蛋白含量在5m×6m密度条件下显著大于5 m×3 m(P<0.05),且净光合速率(P_n)、气孔导度(G_s)、瞬间水分利用效率(WUE)、瞬间光能利用效率(LUE)在5m×6m密度条件下均显著高于5mx3m(P<0.05)。果实品质与光合生理各项指标存在一定的相关性。单果重与LUE呈显著正相关,与G_s、T_r呈显著负相关;可溶性糖与LUE呈显著正相关,与T_r呈显著负相关。
In order to understand the relationship between the dynamic growth and photosynthetic characteristics of early beamg Walnut in Xinjiang in different planting density, appearance, inner quality and photosynthetic characteristics of varieties Wen 185 and Xinxin2 were determined in different planting densities in the process of fruit growth. The results showed that the planting density of two walnut varieties in the growth process of fruit quality displayed different degrees of impact, but between varieties also showed some differences. The Wen 185 varieties of soluble sugar and crude fat content in 5 m x 6 m density condition were significantly greater than that of 5 m x 3 M ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the Xinxin2 varieties of soluble protein content in 5 m × 6 m density conditions was significantly higher than that of 5m × 3M (P 〈 0. 05 ). The net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs ) and instantaneous water use efficiency (WUE) , and the instantaneous light use efficiency (LUE) in density condition of 5 m × 6 m were significantly higher than that of 3 m × 5 m ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was some correlation between fruit quality and photosynthetic physiological indexes. Fruit weight was positively correlated with LUE and negatively correlated with Gs and Tr and soluble sugar was positively correlated with LUE and negatively correlated with Tr.
