摘要 以孢子为外植体对芒萁进行组织培养。在基本培养基中添加不同生长调节物质对孢子萌发和孢子体进行诱导。结果表明,孢子体萌发阶段最适培养基组合是1/2MS培养基+30g/L蔗糖+7g/L琼脂,pH值5.8~6.0;原叶体增殖阶段,最佳培养基组合为1/2MS+NAA1.0mg/L+6-BA1.5mg/L+蔗糖30∥L+琼脂7g/L;孢子体的诱导最适培养基组合是1/2MS培养基+NAA0.1mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7g/L。 The micropmpagation system on Dicranopteris dichotoma with spore asexplants was established. The spore bourgeon and sporophyte induction was studied through adding different growth material in minimal medium. The optimum culture medium for spores bourgeon was 1/ 2 MS + sucrose 30 g/L + agar 7 g/L,and pH value was 5.8 -6. 0. The optimum culture medium for prothallus proliferation was 1/2 MS + NAA 1.0 mg/L + 6-BA 1.5 mg/L + sucrose 30 g/L + agar 7 g/L. And the optimum eulture for sporophyte inductio was 1/2 MS + NAA0.0 mg/L + sucrose 30 g/L + agar 7 g/L.
