摘要
介绍了康家湾矿在回采Ⅱ矿体和Ⅳ矿体等围岩不稳固缓倾斜难采薄矿体时的采矿方法,根据矿体具体条件,优化垂直分条充填采矿法和全面采矿法,垂直矿体走向划分矿房,不留顶底矿柱和间柱,大部分采准切割工程均布置在脉内,采用由里向外后退式回采顺序,一步骤连续回采,嗣后充填,不仅降低了贫化损失率,减少了大量采准掘进工程,而且大大提高了回采效率和安全系数。优化措施应用于回采康家湾矿的缓倾斜矿体时,给矿山带来了良好的经济效益。
The paper introduced the mining method approached to the gently dipping and refractory thin ore body with unstable surrounding rock during stoping of orebody No. II and orebody No. IV in Kangjiawan mine. According to the actual situation of the ore body,the optimized vertical cut-and fill and longwall method were adopted to divide rooms vertical to the ore body strike without reserving the roof and floor pillars and intermediate pillars. Most of the development and cutting works were arranged in the vein. The retreat continuous stopping was carried out from in- side to outside with post filling. This approach not only reduced the dilution and loss ratio, but also saved lots of development cutting works and greatly improved the recovery and safety factor. The optimization has brought sound econonic benefit to the mine during stoping of the gently-dipping thin ore body in Kangjiawan mine.
