摘要
针对25号黑药强烈的刺激性气味及毒性问题,寻找替代25号黑药的选铅捕收剂,对多种选铅捕收剂进行条件对比试验,确定了HQ77替代25号黑药的可行性。HQ77闭路试验获得的铅精矿指标:铅、金、银品位分别为54.97%、10.65 g/t、1 100 g/t,回收率分别为92.12%、26.02%、69.25%。生产实践表明,环保组合药剂"HQ77+HQD82"可以完全替代"25号黑药+硫酸锌+碳酸钠+石灰"分离铅、锌,能够获得含铅51.61%的铅精矿,铅回收率为92.57%,铅精矿中金回收率为32.81%,银回收率为75.13%。与传统选铅工艺相比,新工艺不仅能够获得良好的环境效益,而且提高铅回收率1.33%,铅精矿中金、银回收率分别提高了2.70%、1.02%。
According to the strong pungent odor and toxicity of No. 25 dithiophosphate collector and to find alterna- tive to No. 25 dithiophosphate collector as lead flotation collector, the feasibility of using HQ77 to replace No. 25 di- thiophosphate collector was determined by comparing the conditions of different lead collector. The lead concentrate indexes obtained from HQ77 closed circuit test : lead, gold and silver grade were 54. 97% , 10. 65 g/t and 1 100 g/t, respectively. The recoveries were 92. 12% , 26.02% and 69.25% , respectively. The production practice showed that the use of environmentally- friendly chemical combination "HQ77 + HQD82" can completely replace the "No. 25 dithiophosphate collector + zinc sulfate + sodium carbonate + lime" for separation of lead and zinc to obtain the lead concentrate containing 51.61% lead and the lead recovery of 92.57% , gold recovery of 32.81% in the lead concentrate and silver recovery is 75.13% in lead concentrate. Compared with the traditional lead floatation process, the clean production process not only can obtain good environmental benefits, but also improve the Pb re- covery by 1.33% , and the gold and silver recovery in lead concentrate by 2.70% and 1.02% respectively.
