铅浮渣反射炉还原挥发富集铟试验研究及生产实践

摘要 本文通过分析铅浮渣反射炉工艺流程中铟的走向,对铅浮渣铟的还原挥发强度及优化配料比进行了试验研究,采取改进配料比、改进备料及司炉操作制度等措施,使反射炉烟灰铟品位由2 100g/t提高到4986 g/t,锢直收率由13.61%提高到36.15%,取得了显著的效果。 Through analyzing indium distribution in the lead dross reverberatory furnace process, the experimental study on the intensity of reduction and volatilization of indium in the lead dross was conducted, and the blending ra- tio was optimized. The optimized blending, improved preparation and stoker system helped to increase the indium grade in the reverberatory furnace dust from 2 100 g/t to 4 986 g/t, indium direct recovery from 13.61% to 36. 15%. Remarkable effects was obtained.
