摘要
分析了铅电解阳极熔铅锅烟尘产生的机理及特性,确定了烟气净化工艺。根据多级喷雾塔脱除熔铅锅烟尘的试验研究结果,确定最佳工艺参数,优化设计关键设务。项目建成投产后,系统运行正常,各项环保指标均达到要求。
In this paper the production mechanism and characteristic of lead dust generated from lead anode melting furnace during lead electrolysis were analyzed and the off gas cleaning process was determined. According to the ex- perimental results for treatment of lead dust from lead anode pot by multi-stage spraying method , the optimal process parameters were provided and the design of key equipment was optimized. After the system commissioning, the operation was smooth and the operating parameters meet the environmental requirement.
