摘要
复合材料铺放机对各向运动需要精确的位置要求,目前的铺放设备全部采用伺服控制。对应一种产品就要一套控制程序,如遇复杂的空间曲面,程序的编辑就变得更加繁琐。所以,要想办法简化这一工作。本文就是结合仿形技术、计算机控制复合材料铺放设备结构及控制特点探讨仿形技术应用在复合材料铺放设备简化程序设计的可行性。
The FRP composite material laying equipment need precise position in all moving, now all the laying equip- ments are sevocontrolled. To one product need a set of control procedure,if the surface is complicated, the edition of con- troll procedure is very difficult. So need us find out a method to make it simply. The article will discuss the feasibility of the profile modeling technology use in composite material laying equipment.
