摘要
研究了活性阻燃剂、含卤阻燃剂及二者协同作用对玻璃纤维/环氧树脂复合材料的阻燃性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明复合材料达到同样的阻燃性能活性阻燃剂的添加量明显低于含卤阻燃剂的用量。当二者比例为1:1时,可以起到很好的协同作用,其复合材料的氧指数可以达到28,相比于只添加含卤阻燃剂达到同样阻燃性能的复合材料其力学性能得到明显提高。
Study on the activity of flame retardant, halogen flame retardant decabromodiphenyl oxide (DBDPO) and the two synergistic effects on flame retardant properties and mechanical properties of glass fiber / epoxy resin composite ma- terial. The results show that the amount of the active flame retardant of the composite material is obviously lower than that of halogen flame retardant. When the ratio is 1 : 1, can play a very good synergistic effect, the oxygen index of the composite can reach 28, compared to only add halogen flame retardants reach same flame - retardant properties of composite its me- chanical properties are improved significantly.
