无取向硅钢磁特性与鼠笼式感应电机性能关系的研究

摘要 采用Easimotor电磁分析软件,通过有限元仿真分析,建立了鼠笼式三相感应电机计算模型,研究了无取向硅钢磁特性与电机损耗、效率、转矩、电流等电机性能之间的关系,并对电机启动到稳定运行的磁场分布、电流及铁芯损耗进行了仿真分析。结果表明:硅钢的磁感提高0.01T,电机的转矩会提高0.08N.m;电机的铁芯损耗越低,电机效率越高,堵转相电流越低。 The relationship between magnetic properties of different non-oriented silicon steel and motor loss, effi- ciency, torque, phase current, performance parameters of electric motors were studied by using Easimotor software to establish a calculation model for three-phase induction motor through FEM analysis. The condition of magnetic field distribution, phase current and core loss changing were also simulated from motor starting--up to stable operation. The simulating results showed that when magnetic induction increases by 0.01T the torque of motor increases by 0.08N. m, and lower core loss results in higher efficiency and lower locked--rotor current of motor.
