摘要
在试验室条件下,对12CaO·7Al_2O_3的预熔工艺和12CaO·7Al_2O_3基精炼渣脱硫能力进行了研究。效果显示:CaO和Al_2O_3按分子比12∶7混合,经预熔温度1 520℃处理后,可获得12CaO·7Al_2O_3精炼渣。12CaO·7Al_2O_3预熔精炼渣,随温度的升高、渣量的增加和处理时间延长,脱硫率相对增大,12CaO·7Al_2O_3无氟精炼渣合适的加入量4%,处理温度1 590℃,处理时间15min。
The pre-melting process of 12CAO · 7Al2O3 and desulphurization ability of 12CAO · 7Al2O3 based refi- ning slag were experimentally studied. The results showed that when CaO and AI203 are mixed by molecular ratio of 12 = 7, the Al2O3 12CaO refining slag can be obtained after the pre-melting treatment at the temperature of 1 520℃. The desulfurization rate of the 12CAO · 7Al2O3 pre-melted refining slag increases relatively with increasing temperature and slag quantity and longer treatment time. The suitable addition amount of Al2O3 12CaO free-fluoride pre-moltan refining slag is 4%, treatment temperature is 1 590℃ and treatment time is 15min.
