摘要
采用NACE三点弯曲法和NACE氢致开裂标准试验方法,通过SEM、TEM和EDS等手段研究了钻铤钻杆用4137H合金钢棒材的硫化物氢致开裂(HIC)行为。研究表明,4137H合金钢棒材具有良好的抗HIC性能。
The HIC behavior caused by sulfide corrosion of 4137H alloy steel bar for drill collar and drill pipe was investigated by adopting the NACE standard three--point bent beam test and NACE standard HIC test methods through means of SEM, TEM and EDS. The results showed that the 4137H alloy steel bar has excellent HIC-resistance property.
