浅析干燥窑内筒体检修工艺优化 被引量:2

摘要 干燥窑是精矿预干燥工艺中至关重要的设备,内筒体作为干燥窑最主要的部件,它的性能直接决定了整个工艺流程正常运行与否和参数指标的好坏。此前内筒体存在容易开裂,扬料板时常脱落,内筒体粘矿严重等一系列问题,不仅造成了车间检修成本增加,岗位操作人员劳动强度增大,还给生产安排带来极大不便。文内系统分析了引起这一系列问题的因素,重点介绍了解决以上瓶颈问题的工艺优化。 The rotary dryer is a very important equipment in the concentrate pre-drying process. As a mainly part of the rotary dryer, actions of the inner cylinder directly decide the running of the whole drying system or not and the quality of the parameter index. During the running of rotary dryer, cracks occur in the inner cylinder easily, the lifting board falls off frequently, and the material is easy to stick inside the cylinder, those problems not only cause rising the cost of overhaul and the labor intensity, but also big challenges to the production organization. This article analyzes the factors which cause those problems above-stated and focus on solving them.
