抗法战争中岑毓英与刘永福关系之我见——兼与廖宗麟先生商榷

On the Relationship Between Cen Yuying and Liu Yongfu during Anti-French War:Consulting with Mr Liao Zonglin

19世纪下半叶,广西博白人刘永福率领三千黑旗军,流亡至越南境内,为了生存的需要,他率领黑旗军转战于越南北部各地,帮助越南王国政府镇压地方民族动乱,因军功被王国政府封为"三宣副提督",黑旗军得以立足。当法国殖民侵略者占领河内并企图吞并越南的紧要关头,刘永福又率黑旗军英勇地走上抗法战争的道路。在残酷的抗法战争中,黑旗军几次面临生死存亡的危急时刻,都获得清朝云贵总督广西人岑毓英的无私援助和鼎力相助。终于成就了刘永福"抗法英雄"的业绩和历史地位。

In the latter half of the 19th century,Liu Yongfu born in Bobai,Guangxi,leading three thousand soldiers of Black Banner Army,exiled to Vietnam. With his troop,Liu Yongfu helped Vietnamese government suppressing successfully rebellion over the country. Therefore he was appointed as a deputy to commander-in-chief in Sanxuan. His Black Banner Army fought fiercely against French when French invaders Vietnam and threaten the southern frontier of China. Many times Black Banner Army faced the danger of being destroyed while fighting brutally against French. With the help from Cen Yuying born in Guangxi,the viceroy of Yun-Gui at that time,Liu Yongfu was dubbed as ＂Hero of Anti-French＂.
