On Figure of Speech in Ancient Official Documents

自公文产生伊始,公文修辞就伴随着公文的发展一路前行,根据文献资料研究,古代公文修辞中主要采用了排比、比喻、对偶、互文、设彩、顶针、阶进等修辞手法,这些修辞手法的运用,对公文写作内容与情感的有效表达发挥了重要作用,并产生了很好的美学效果。研究古代公文修辞手法的运用,以便以古鉴今,对提高现代秘书的公文写作水平及公文的写作质量具有重要的历史意义。

From the very beginning of official documents, figure of speech has been developing with official documents. According to the research literature, different kinds of figures of speech, such as parallelism, analogy, antithesis,intertextuality, shecai,thimble and Jiejin were applied in ancient documents. These rhetoric ways are of great importance for the development of the contents and feelings in the official document writings, and have sound aesthetic effect. The study on the use of figure of speech in ancient official documents is of great significance for the improvement of secretaries＇ official document writing today.
