摘要
面对公民教育的低效,在国际、国内政策的双重牵引和儿童权利理论的发展推动下,加拿大儿童权利课程得以创生。该课程以培育儿童的权利意识和公民行为为主要目的,现已形成包含先导课程和核心课程在内的完整课程体系。其中八年级的课程包含基本需要、人人平等、环境与健康等8个主题,课程实施具有教学活动化、内容情景化、学习小组化和工具多样化等特点。这一课程或将为我国的儿童权利教育带来践行儿童主体的教育理念、关注困境儿童的权利保障、重视儿童公民身份的培育等启示。
In face of the inefficiency of Citizenship Education, driven by both interna- tional and domestic policy and the development of children' s rights theory, there came the Canadian children' s rights curriculum. The main purpose of this curriculum is to cultivate children' s consciousness of rights and citizen behaviors. To accomplish it, the curriculum has been formed a systematic courses include curiosity lessons and core lessons. The con- tents 'of Grade 8 course are consists of 8 topics, such as basic need' equality for all, the envi- ronment and your healthy, etc. Focus on teaching with activities, organizing with circum- stances, learning in groups and instructing with different tools are the main characteristics of this curriculum' s implementation. Canadian children' s right curriculum provides us numerous references : taking children' s subjectivity on education into practice, paying more attention to the rights protection of those children who are in special need and highlighting the direction of children' s awareness of citizenship.
