空气源热泵在北京地区全工况运行的关键问题及应对策略 被引量:21

摘要 针对空气源热泵全工况运行所面临的结霜、除霜、低温运行、脏堵等关键问题,结合北京地区的实际工程案例,揭示了机组实际运行特性和供热(冷)特性劣化程度,分析了机组在供暖季与供冷季的整体运行性能。提出了高效抑霜、控霜、低温运行及脏堵诊断技术等相应解决对策,以期促进空气源热泵在北京地区实现全工况高效节能运行。 Air-source heat pump (ASHP) usually faces several key problems during its practical applications, including frosting, defrosting, low temperature operation and fouling, etc. Based on the data from two practical projects in Beijing, presents the performance degradation of ASHP while facing those problems. Analyses the comprehensive performance of ASHP under whole heating and cooling seasons. Puts forward the countermeasures to improve the practical operating performance, including anti-frosting, accurate defrosting control method, low temperature applicability improvement and fouling diagnostic technology, etc, in order to achieve high operation performance of the ASHP under whole working conditions in Beijing.
