2-氰基-2-(1,3-二烷基咪唑烷-2-亚基)乙酸乙酯衍生物的合成 被引量:1

Synthesis of ethyl 2-cyano-2-(1,3-dialkylimidazolidin-2-ylidene)-acetate derivatives

摘要 建立了以DMF为介质,氢化钠为碱,室温条件下,双取代杂环烯酮缩胺1与卤代化合物2反应,一步合成2-氰基-2-(1,3-二烷基咪唑烷-2-亚基)乙酸乙酯衍生物3的方法.该反应具有操作简便、条件温和、产率高(87%~93%)等特点. The protocol for ethyl 2-cyano-2- (1,3-dialkylimidazolidin-2-ylidene) acetate derivatives 3 via one step reaction between bis-substituted heterocyclie ketene aminals (HKAs) 1 and halogen compounds 2 in DMF medium at room temperature and sodium hydride as alkali has been developed.This reaction has the advantages such as operational simplicity,mild reaction conditions and excellent yields (87%--93%).
