从办学理念看新建本科院校转型发展

摘要 适应高等教育大众化的需要,20世纪与新世纪之交我国新建本科院校的数量迅速增加。新建本科院校绝大多数保持着办学定位、专业设置、办学模式等基本相同的特点,也称之为高校发展的同质化现象。同质化的原因,显然是"遗传"的结果。随着经济社会的转型发展和工业现代化的发展,要求新建本科院校培养契合社会需求的人才。社会现实需要新建本科院校面对社会现实需求转型发展,转型发展需要理念的指导。新建本科院校面对转型发展要敢于担当,以实际行动探索、实践大学理念。 To meet the needs of the popularization of higher education, the number of newly built universities increased rapidly in our country at the turn of new century. Most new universities have similar characteristics of running orientation, professional setting and school - running mode, which is also known as the homogenization of university development. The clear cause of homogenization is inheritance. The development of economic transformation and industrial modernization requires new universi- ties to cultivate talents fitting the needs of the society. Social reality needs them to transform and development guided by some concept. They should bravely take responsibility to practically explore and practice the concept of universities.
