摘要
目的观察不同浓度臭氧对兔膝关节活动度及关节液中MMP-13含量的影响。方法将36只普通健康级家兔随机分组:分别为正常组、纯氧组、臭氧干预组,正常组不予任何处理,造模后臭氧干预组各亚组分别在兔膝关节腔中注射对应的臭氧浓度,纯氧组注射纯氧,每周注射1次,共4次,测量各组膝关节活动度(ROM),检测关节液中MMP-13的表达水平。结果除正常组外,臭氧干预组中25μg/ml组ROM角度明显大于其他干预组;MMP-13的分布为臭氧50pg/ml组〉纯氧组〉臭氧15、35μg/ml组〉臭氧25μg/m1组〉正常组。结论臭氧可影响关节液中MMP-13的表达水平,25μg/ml为最佳浓度,一定程度上延缓OA病情进展,但过高或过低浓度的臭氧会造成关节炎症加重或者无效。
Objective To observe the influences of different concentrations of ozone on the range of motion of knee joint and the content of MMP-13 in rabbits. Methods 36 general health level rabbits were randomly divided into a normal group, a pure oxygen group, and an ozone group. The normal group did nothing. After molding, the sub-groups of the ozone group were injected corresponding concentrations of ozone into the knee joint cavity and the pure oxygen group were injected oxygen, once per week, 4 times. The range of motion (ROM) of knee joint in each group was measured. The expression level of MMP-13 in joint fluid in each group was detected. Results Except the normal group, the ROM was larger in the 〉25 μg/ml group than in the other groups. The MMP-13 in the ozone 50 μg/ml group 〉 the pure oxygen group 〉 the ozone 15 and 35 μg/ml group 〉 the ozone 25μg/ml group 〉 the normal group. Conclusions Ozone can influence the expression of MMP-13 in joint fluid; 25 μg/ml is the best concentration and can delay the OA disease progression to some extent; but the too high or too low concentrations of ozone can cause joint inflammation aggravated or invalid.
